I am brought up in a Chinese speaking family. Both my parents couldn't speak good english. Thus, I nv gt more den a GradeB for my English subjects. English was my achilles heels. I was always more den happy to gt a passed.
I did work hard for my O level English. But my grades for sch exam nv improve.
On the day of my English O level exam, I was pretty worried about the fate of my English Grade. I knew it was a day that make or break me. Even if i did really well in other subjects, without a proficience in English, I'm not goin to get anywhere into any reputable institution.
So, I plead to god. I still remembered my prayer " Father, if you really do exist, pls give my a distinction. Den i'll convert to a Chris"
I really didn't expect that I really gt an A2 for my English.
